Where is your revenue leaking?
Three things quietly drain new leads from a service business: a reply that comes too late, a call that goes to voicemail, and a quote that never gets chased. This calculator adds all three into one yearly number — itemized, with every assumption shown and adjustable.
Want to dig into just one? Use the Speed-to-Lead, Missed-Call, or Follow-Up calculator.
How this is calculated (and how to adjust it)
Each leak is estimated separately and added together. The multipliers below come from published industry research; tune them to your reality if you have better data.
Slow response. A share of the leads you don't currently close were lost to slow first response — winnable back by replying faster, scaled by how late you reply.
Missed calls. Most callers who hit voicemail don't call back. We count a share of your missed calls as jobs you'd have booked if you'd answered — separate from your online close rate, since calls convert differently.
Weak follow-up. Systematic multi-touch follow-up recovers a share of leads that currently go cold — based on the follow-up level you selected.
Sources are industry studies on lead-response timing, missed-call behavior, and sales follow-up. Figures are estimates; your audit uses your real numbers.
