What is slow lead response costing you?

How this is calculated (and how to adjust it)
We start from the leads you don't currently win (everything above your close rate). A share of those were lost because someone else replied first — that share grows the slower you reply. We value that share at your average job size. The multipliers come from published lead-response research; tune the inputs to your reality.
First-response recovery. Replying within five minutes makes a lead far likelier to qualify, and the first business to respond wins roughly half of deals. The recoverable share scales with how late you currently reply — from 0% if you're already under five minutes up to about 27% if you reply the next day.
The first-responder advantage. Most buyers go with whoever gets back to them first; firms that respond within an hour are far likelier to qualify a lead than those that wait even 60 minutes.
