How this is calculated (and how to adjust it)

Each automation is estimated from your own numbers and added together. Time saved is valued at your hourly rate; revenue uses the same published research the Lost Revenue Calculator uses. Tune any assumption below to your reality.

Time saved. Hours per week × 52 × this share × your hourly rate, shown as both the hours reclaimed and their dollar value. Not every task automates cleanly, so the default is under 100%.

Time automations count hours only. Client Intake and the Operations Advisor are valued purely by the hours they hand back. The Operations Advisor's bigger benefit — catching churn, slow response, and underperformance early so you decide faster — is real but isn't given a dollar here, on purpose. We don't invent a number for it; we scope that in the audit.

Decision value intentionally not dollarized — no fabricated figure.

Revenue won (speed, calls, follow-up). A share of the leads and calls you currently let slip, recovered — separate, research-based leaks, the same model as the Lost Revenue Calculator.

Customer Reactivation. Share of your dormant customer list that rebooks from a win-back campaign (counted once — a campaign can be re-run later).

Appointment Recall. Share of the repeat customers who come due each month that rebook because of a reminder.

The build. One automation is priced à la carte, from its standalone price; a few make a Growth build; the full set is a Full System — all from the public pricing page. Payback weighs the total return against that build plus a year of Managed Care. Your exact price is confirmed in your quote.
